Este sistema consiste en hincar tubos de acero como definitivos o bien como tubos de protección, el equipo RAMMING funciona con aire comprimido que generan compresores y que, al ser inyectado al equipo, transmite la fuerza de la máquina al tubo por medio de adaptaciones cónicas haciendo que este se introduzca dentro del suelo. Este sistema permite controlar la pendiente a medida que se hinca la tubería, para asegurar esta se debe realizar una caja de lanzamiento preparando la pendiente por medio de niveles. Este sistema nos garantiza la no afectación de la estructura de las vías, ni tampoco afecta su normal funcionamiento, ya que se pueden realizar a profundidades de hasta 8 metros si se llegase a requerir.

The ramming system works with compressed air, its shape is cylindrical, except in the front and rear parts, where it has a conical shape to facilitate the adaptation of the thrust cone, thrust segments and/or emptying cone, which transmit the force of the machine to the pipe to be installed.
Using the pouring cone and its two holes, part of the soil is removed and the pressure created is released. The use of thrust segments prevents the pipe from flaring, also facilitating a good weld. Pipes with helical welds must be sanded at the weld point before installing the segments to ensure even thrust.
