SYSTEM RAMMING

The ramming system works with compressed air, its shape is cylindrical, except in the front and rear parts, where it has a conical shape to facilitate the adaptation of the thrust cone, thrust segments and/or emptying cone, which transmit the force of the machine to the pipe to be installed.

Using the pouring cone and its two holes, part of the soil is removed and the pressure created is released. The use of thrust segments prevents the pipe from flaring, also facilitating a good weld. Pipes with helical welds must be sanded at the weld point before installing the segments to ensure even thrust.

In Ramming Drilling, dynamic thrust is achieved using pneumatically operated machines.

For rock drilling, you have the Grundorock mud motor at your disposal.
